Nutrition

Nutrition is of the utmost importance at Dartmouth College.  We firmly believe in the mantra “ELITE IN = ELITE OUT”. What we put into our bodies will play a key contribution in determining the success of our training sessions, practices, and our season.

We focus on nutrient quality, meal frequency, and nutrient timing to keep them healthy, strong, and performing at the highest level possible throughout the year.  We have a full time Sport Nutritionist, a fueling station in the weightroom with post-training recovery drinks as well as nutritious snacks, and a refridgerator in the locker room so that our athletes have continuous access to great choices throughout their day. We are able to offer our athletes the highest quality nutrition to help with overall health, recovery, and performance.
